Club Registration

This form should be completed by a Club Owner or an approved Point of Contact for each pickleball club. Before any teams can be registered, the club must first complete this form and indicate interest in each division they may participate in. Please do not complete this form unless you have been given permission by the club to do so.

Team Registration

This form is to be completed by a team captain or a designated club manager.
You will not be able to select or register your team unless the Club Registration Form has first been submitted by someone from your club. Please do not complete this form unless you have been given permission by the club to do so.

Player Registration

This form is for all individuals participating in the Cross Club League or a CPL In-House League. Full-time players and substitutes should use this form to register, select their team, and pay the registration fee. If your team does not appear as an option, it means the Team Registration Form has not yet been completed.

Please do not select a club unless you have received approval from that club to play for their team.
